Is there a vegan chewing gum?!

Question:

Is there a vegan chewing gum?

Most of the chewing gums list "gum base" as an ingredient, but that usually contains animal sourced ingredients. My daughter is craving gum. Any ideas?

Answers:
here is a brand that is said to be vegan, you can order it from the site: http://www.gleegum.com/glee-gum.htm...

hope it tastes ok too, lol:)

Just give her some damn gum. Seriously. What's it gonna hurt her? I'm vegetarian and I still chew gum.

no such thing, it is a contradiction in terms

Hmmm? Gum There isn't meat in gum idiot.

HAAHAHAHAHA. WHO CARES? IT'S GUM. WHO CARES IF THERE IS MEAT IN IT? Isn't it up to your daughter whether or not she wants to eat meat? Possibly the most retarded question ever. Get a life. Animals don't deserve to live, their only puropose is to be eaten.

Helllooo, people, she says VEGAN not VEGITARIAN! There's a difference.

To answer your question:

Well, I know there's not MEAT in gum, but I'm a vegitarian, not a vegan. I'm not really sure if there's vegan gum. Try Googling it.

Hope I helped,

well in australia there are some trees that have these things on them that are kinda like gum... they call it the bush mans gum... or something like that... it's like gum, exept without the taist... but they're not commercially available and they're only in certain trees in certain parts of Australia. I had no idea that gum would have animal content... are you sure about this?

gum base? gum is from a tree

Gum base is not a animal source product, it is usually made from petroleum-based polymers, which is vegan.

So i wouldnt worry, she can have gum.
