Any lunch ideas?

I am 15 years old and need some healthy lunch ideas that limit cheese and white bread and are tasty as well as easy to pack for school.


Answers:
make subs like subway's vegg sub at home, buy all your fav veggs, and use your fav dressing, and a bag of chips and some juice


and put dried fruit and nuts and seeds in a bag and make yoiur own trail mix, it's really good, to have pre made trail mix

salad duh!?!?

i have no idea just anything that tastes good like spaghetti or pizza with some vegetables and your fine you just have to be sure to eat healthy everytime you eat something thats not

salad with turkey meat.
buy turkey or chicken meat at the deli or have your mom cook it, then cut into small bits to add to a salad, romaine lecttuce, tomatos diced, green and red peppers diced, and red onions cut in small thin slits makes a hearty salad.

brown bread with peanut butter n jelly

salad, veggie sticks or fruit and dip, if you have access to a microwave at school hormel has these little lunch packs you can find in the canned good aisle they are oval shaped and they have stuff like chicken and potatoes, dinty moore beef stew, teriyaki chicken and rice and they are low in fat and are like 5 points on the weight watchers system and they are really good and like $2 each

Spicy TVP Veggie Burgers

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup TVP
1 1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 egg, beaten
1 cup flour
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
dash salt and pepper, to taste
oil for frying (optional)

PREPARATION:
Combine the TVP and the vegetable broth in a large bowl. Allow the TVP to rehydrate for at least 15 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed. Drain any excess moisture.
Combine the TVP with the remaining ingredients and stir to combine well.

Form the mixture into patties and fry in oil on each side until lightly browned, or, grill on a lightly greased barbecue.

Tofu and Green Onion Veggie Burgers

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 container firm or extra firm tofu, mashed
1 onion, diced
3 green onions, diced
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
dash pepper
oil for frying

PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into patties.
Fry patties in oil in a large skillet until brown and crisp, about 10 minutes
