Vegan dessert pizzas?!

Question:

Vegan dessert pizzas?

Does anyone have a good recipe or know where I can find one? I'm looking to use fruit and I want to make sure it's sweet!

Answers:
Here's what I would do:

Make whatever you want for the crust (graham crackers + earth balance, a big vegan cookie/cake/brownie - I'll assume you can find a recipe for this on your own, then just extend the cooking time a bit, about 10-15% more than the standard recipe calls for).

Top the crust with "sauce" - could be melted jelly, a silken tofu/sugar/flavoring (berries, vanilla, etc.) cream, or melted vegan chocolate.

Top with fruit in a pleasing pattern, chill briefly, and serve. You might want to sprinkle the fruit with sugar if you're really concerned about sweetness, but I think you'll probably be fine. You could always drizzle it with melted jelly to add a bit of shine.

cooked pizza crust
yogurt for the pizza sauce
top with any kind of fruit...[strawberries,bananas,...
finish it with cool whip and shavings of chocolate

How about a jam tart? You can use any kind of fruit, and tart shells can be bought pre-made. The results are impressive.
