nothing special. just an average american diet will do.

eat less and do exercise

Triple cheese burgers. Peanut butter sandwiches...

Go for food full of oil, fate, butter and fried. Indian food have all these ingredients so go for Indian food like Parathas, All type of sweets, Ice creams, thick milk, lot of cold drinks, Potato vegetables and rice.

Within a month you will feel that you are becoming fat.

easy, plenty of salt, butter, bread, fatty meats, i.e lamb chops and don't cut the fat off, plenty of booze, eggs, chineese food, all takeaway, pizza, fried food, i.e. fish and chips, indian, thai, german, and all foods that don't count calories, good luck, I wish I was in your position

Have a glassful of banana shake twice a day. Also have regular intakes of potatoes, rice and moderate sugar. But avoid junk food. It makes u fat, but not healthy.

eat whatever you want & whenever you want

take dates,nuts,cheese and butter items....and den after eatin don't ask how to becum thin b'coz dere'z d difficult job....

Lift heavy weights, but not daily. Do this every 2 or 3 days. Do small number of reps with heavy weights. Do some warm-up first, cardio for 5 minutes, then stretch, then do the weights, and afterwards stretch again fully. Always stretch after weights, or you will be mega sore! Get a personal trainer who knows how to guide you. In a few months, you will fill out but not be fat. You will have a very pretty shape.

You want to be fat? Ok, so eat a lot of potato chips and processed foods. Eat lots of meat. Eat at fast food restaurants. Eat more meals and eat bigger portions and don't exercise.

hm.................actually to become fat u need not eat aything but if u don eat ur body will be filled wid gas so take nice oil stuffs...... then cheese pizzas ............... nicely oil fried potatoes............ burgers..............take more ghee...... and also badam daily morning and butter too and if u take honey wid milk u would become fat if u take these ur body will be filled wid skin and not gas

Eat lots of carbs and hit the gym and build some muscle. Best way to gain weight in a healthy manner.

all fat things like cheese .....pure cow milk ...lots of biriyani.......and ghee ke rotiyas............and have a good sleep
