Is vegan diet more nutritious than non-veg?
Answers:
no its nt like dat. as veg. food gives us vitamins nd calcium nd etc. whereas non-veg. food gives us fats, proteins nd carbohydrates in a big quantity. so they both in their place have equal value
DEFINITELY ! Try it & u will see !
not really if you go VEGAN you have to watch what you eat. not only what you can't but also that you combine the right foods to make complete proteins.
Personally its to much work to figure out what veggies complete what lentils so i just eat a balance diet of both meat and veggies (ect)
practically it has been proved then on average vegetarian live longer then non-vegetarian.many disease are spread through non vegetarian food
u can't eat jadoo
The more you restrict your diet, the more difficult it is to get the nutrients you need.To be healthful, vegan diet require very careful, proper planning. If you choose to take this approach to eating then consult a dietician first and keep in contact especially if you choose to get pregnant.
NO
well it differs from person to person cause even if you are a non vege u still can get the same nutrtion as for what a vege gets you just need to plan it out right . but on average if you go to see vege diet is more nutricious to non vege.

Most definitely. As long as you eat an abundance of grain, fruits and vegetables you should be getting all the nutrients your body needs for the day. Don't change your mind when you hear people say you won't get enough protein, there's enough in beans, fruits and veggies; and animal protein is bad for you in the long run anyway. To be sure you don't develop osteoporosis, I'd say you take calcium since dairy is the main source of calcium to your body. But besides that, a vegan diet is packed with all the necessary nutrients and can be just as good or most likely better than a regular diet consisting of meat, dairy and poultry. Most diets don't require any special and specific amount of nutrients or minerals, unless you've got a disease or sickness of some sort, then things could be different and you should check with your doctor. Hope I helped.
Nutritious contents are available in desired quantity both Veg and non-veg items of food.It is only the choice of the individual
to have it to the need of the individual.
pretty much but it depends on what is on the list
A wholly plant based diet was the first diet chosen for our first parents in the garden in Eden (read Gen 1 and 2). It was not until the flood came that man was allowed to eat flesh, but only upon certain conditions (read Gen 7-9). After the flood, when they started to eat flesh foods, the average life span dropped very rapidly from many centuries to only a couple. Flesh foods take much longer to digest, therefore there is a chance of it putrifying in the stomach and releasing much more toxins, as well as taxing the whole system much more. Even chicken and fish contain the diseases, chemicals and harmful fats that are so saturated in the other meats. Our only safety is abstaining from flesh food and substisting upon the diet first chosen for us by our Creator. May the Lord richly bless you and yours.
The magic of the vegan diet is not that it fundamentally makes you healthier( although it helps). Being a vegan FORCES you to look at the food you eat and how it nourishes your body. Because of that, vegans tend to be healthier.
Yes, contrary to misconceptions of prior posters, eating veggies, fruits, nuts, legumes, and grains is much healthier for you and the planet. First of all, protein is found in just about every plant, more so in beans than in leafy veggies. You only need 5-10% protein. Meat causes health problems: High Cholesterol, which leads to strokes, heart disease, cancers, etc... milk and cheese also leeches calcium from the body because it is acidic, and the body wants a neutral pH. Also, specific types of cancer is linked to casein protein in milk.
