Answers:
Flaxseed is very good for many things. If you are constipated, it can certainly help you to deficate. If you are looking for better skin and hair, the oils within can be a good source of help. If you so desire an egg substitute for baking dishes, allow the flaxseeds to soak in fresh water overnight, and a jelly-like substance will emerge, strain that and use it. Flaxseeds can be used as a poultice, if you boil them until it just glides off of the stirring spoon and then add charcoal and mix-apply hot or warm to anywhere where you know of cancerous substances and wrap it over the area, leaving it over night and it will draw out the cancerous substances. God has His remedies in nature, and it would be wise for His children to know how to use them in times of trouble.

flax seed......and I am not even a vegan

I take flaxseed every morning

Im actually having flax seed coated chicken for dinner (I use a recipe that calles for sesmee seeds). :)

Just wanted to say thanks for the video link.............some great recipes on there!

And thanks also for reminding me that I'm about out of flax seeds and need to run to my natural food store and get some more!

Soy and flax seeds------my staples! They----plus a few herbal supplements like dong quai----got me through menopause without ever being tempted by the promise (now proved to be false, anyway!) of a miraculous release from symptoms with hormone replacement therapy.

Stay well, everyone!

Thanks for the link, I like that site but never actually saw that video clip. Many great tips there. I eat flax seeds (either crushed seeds or oil) every day.It really is powerful stuff, and so easy to add in any food.
