Yes--you must educate yourself about nutrition. In particular, you need to ensure that you're getting sufficient protein and folic acid in your diet.

You can get protein from "meat analogues" (tofurkey, etc.) but that always seemed slightly like fakery to me--if you're vegetarian, shouldn't your food also look and taste like vegetables?

You can learn about combining amino acid sources for complete protein from the old workhorse "Diet for a Small Planet." (Note: recent research says that the book is incorrect about having to combine 2 or more of those sources in one meal--you can eat one source now, another later, and wind up OK--but overall it's accurate AFAIK).

And a quick trip to Wikipedia or a Google search ought to point you to those veggies rich in folic acid.

I can not advise you
there is no reason to subject your self to such denial and stress.
Humans are omnivores..

while vegetarian food can be very healthy, and very delicious, its not wise to go strictly vegetarian. since humans are omnivors, your body will need vertain types of nutritions that it needs

specifically, amino acids, folic acids, iron , vitamins b1-12, and protein. while it is possible to get most of these nutrients from non meat sources in limited quatities (with the exception of vit b) its not wise for a growing girl to go strictly vegetarian.

- my tip would be to eat meat atleast one day a week.

be sure you get all the nutrients you need, and if needed take supplements, keep in mind though that supplements DO NOT REPLACE actual food, they suplement the food you eat.

You shoul start by eating as much meat as you can. Such as pork, chicken, and beef. Also, try eating less vegetables because they are bad for you.

fruit!... to make shur u get all the nutriants you need, eat a wide variety of it
