Quorn tenders recipes?!

Question:

Quorn tenders recipes?

My family (and omnivore hubby) enjoy quorn tenders and I need some more ideas for them. I seem to be stuck on stir-fry, Philly "chikn" sandwich and a few casseroles. Does anyone have some fresh ideas that picky kids would even enjoy?

Answers:
Deviled Quorn

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons English mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce (or vegetarian equivalent)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2-1 teaspoon black pepper (depends on how hot you want it)
300 g quorn pieces, chunks (if using frozen defrost first)
15 g butter

Steps:
1. Mix mustard, Worcester sauce, oil, paprika and pepper together in bowl.

2. Add Quorn and mix to coat.

3. Leave for 1/2 - 1 hour (not crucial).

4. Melt butter in grill pan under moderate heat.

5. Add Quorn to melted butter and toss to coat.

6. Return to grill and cook for about 5- 10 mins, turning occasionally until piping hot. Serve.

Good luck!

This is probably ridiculously simple... and maybe you already make it but I like to make Chicken Parmesan with my Bocca chick patties, so it will probably work well with Quorn as well... and even kids think it is tasty.

Your favorite kind of pasta on bottom
topped with your chick'n (I like to slice it in rows)
Topped with your favorite veggies and pasta sauce
topped parmesan or substitute

The best part is that it is quick and simple to make, so it is great for days when you do not have a lot of time.
:)

You know I don't do Quorn but what about swiping ideas from the meatie type people? Maybe 'bread' them with crushed potato chips and bake? I do that with seitan and the kids liked that way back in the day. Pot pies? Baked with BBQ sauce? White chili? unchicken noodle soup? Lettuce wraps? unchicken salad sandwiches?

If you want details just ask!
