look at the ingredients!....even "health" food manufacturers will put in MSG and forms of MSG into their products to make them taste better
don't buy ANY fake meat burgers with
monosodium glutamate
maltodextrin
autolyzed proteins
hydrolyzed proteins
or with
"spice" and or "natural flavor"....these 2 words are FDA approved to use when referring to MSG or other harmful chemical that a manufacture would rather not disclose
i used to buy meat substitute products all the time then promptly quit when i got educated on this subject....now i make "burgers" out of large Portabella mushrooms
i say only reserve soy or veggie burgers for those ocassions when you will be hanging out with friends who are bbq-ing and you need a subsitute or try the mushroom trick....the mushroom is WAAAAAAYYYY tastier and natural anyways

too much soy in a man's diet, will lower his testosterone, and other things, not mentioning, but anyways, yes it is good for you, it's high in protein, and the soy will prevent breast cancer in women. lower in calories than meat, but high in carbohydrates.
