Will I or wont I?!

Question:

Will I or wont I?

I have been seriously considering lately to go Vegan... any thoughts?

Answers:
It's up to you, no one can make you do it. I'm a vegan and I feel great. My health is better than ever, and knowing that my diet actually helps this planet gives me a peace of mind.

I suggest you try veganism for a month, try out many vegan recipes, eat healthy and see how it works for you. Being vegan is not as hard as you may think. I decided to finally do it after over 11 years of being a vegetarian. Have never looked back since or regreted my decision.

There are many vegans here, so if you have any questions I'm sure anyone will be glad to help you.

Be a devil, Eat a chicken drumstick, you won't look back!
But seriously if you really want to try it out go for it.
It can't do any harm, And if it does not work out there is always Macca's to ease the craving's.

There are some good things and some bad things about going vegetarian. One good thing is that the wight you lose will be awesome! One bad thing is that other people around you that aren't vegtarian will eat meat in front of you and give you temptations. Vegetables are good.....Sometimes!

I think after eating chickens for so many years, you should give those pretty and lil thingies a break. Being a Vegan is great, it is more healthy and is the way nature intended us to be. There are quite a lot of good dishes in this part also and I suggest you explore. You are sure to like it.

go to vegas - its a blast

Being a vegeterian isn't all that bad as people think of it as. It is surely good to become one. First you will improve your health and even maintain it. You'll good and feel good too. Just don't think that eating vegetarian is bad. It is the myth of people. Ask people who have changed their aeting habits and they'll tell you the results of it. Its a good thought. i think you should go for it.

My daughter has had numerous kinds of cancer and is a migraine sufferer. Since she choose a vegetarian diet her migraines have been reduced by 80 %, she has decreased her medications by 50% and her labs have improved by almost 100%. She has not had any new polyps or cancer.

A vegan diet certainly will not hurt you. It is not difficult to learn how to maintain a balanced vegetarian diet. Here is a group that can help you with ideas and support http://groups.yahoo.com/group/theferalve...

I've been vegetarian about 10 years...not vegan...however I have not seen this discussed in answers. I "feel" differently. I feel more at peace with the world, I know it sounds "sappy", but it is true. I don't think eating meat is wrong, but I just don't want to be a part of it. I don't want something to have had to die just to feed me, when there are so many other options. I agree with previous answers, try it...it is easier than people think, plus as I said, a whole new feeling comes with it.

Educate yourself. Check out all the web resources, and look for books at your local library. The more educated you are about your decision, the easier it is to stay committed to it. You won't be able to rationalize animal exploitation because you'll know better. Good Luck!
