Wrap them in Bacon.
deep fry them lolz. or eat them with a dip

put butter on them their the best
cook them in seasoning
Well try boiling them. Than make them with rice and put salt and pepper over them.
Or for just raw veggies you can go with the usual Pepper, Vinegar, Olive Oil combo with some Ranch Dressing to top it all of!
smother them with cheese or roast them with different spices or herbs or eat them with a little gravy or a nice pan sauce.frying them also taste good like fried okre or fried corn on the cob or fried cauliflower
eat them with ranch
Add things that have a ton of flavor!!! If it's something that you don't want to eat raw, or that you think is bland, cook it with something that tastes amazing!!! I always mix things like zucchini with canned tomatoes and onions and tons of spices because it makes it feel like a meal. Plus veggies are great with pasta and if you're vegan it doesn't matter.
Sometimes I like to saute my vegetables in a little olive oil, then add some lemon pepper. It is very tasty.
Add good stuff - herbs or spices you like - and use a little oil to carry the flavors. My favorite is a little fresh garlic sauteed for just a few seconds in olive oil, and then tossed with the veggies.
You can also serve steamed veggies at room temp with a little bit of your favorite salad dressings, or spritz with a little I can't Believe It's Not Butter (soy bean oil based butter substitute).
If you're not a vegan, adding cheese is a delicious option - there are lots of cheese sauce recipes, or you can just melt a little CheeZ Whiz on top (although I never trust cheese products that can be kept at room temp for years...) The down side is that cheese also adds animal fat.
Bon appetit!
hmm salt, pepper, butter!!
I cook them with meat. I wrap carrots and onions in hamburger meat and foreman grill it, kabobs, wrap chicken tenders in green peppers and grill them, etc.
Nature's Seasoning - you can buy it in the spice aisle. It's made by Mortons, the salt people.
fry them with goose grease.
Mmmmmmn,
and/or chillis.
add more peper to make it more spicy.
I add extra virgin olive oil for texture and alittle garlic and parsley salt for taste. Also, mixing the olive oil with some lemon juice (straight from the ripe lemon) is great. It's a subtle taste that makes the veggie experience more enjoyable.
For raw vegetables, use ranch dip, cream cheese, or sour cream. Also try your favorite salad dressing. Season them well. For cooked/steamed veggies, add olive oil with seasoning or melt your favorite cheese on top.
Remember the five tastes: sweet, sour, salty, spicy and bitter. Every recipe (especially sauces and flavorings) must have a small element of each of these.
Then, you can cook anything with a well-stocked fridge door.
For example: a tomato sauce recipe (already a bit sour and salty) should have a tiny amount of honey or molasses added to increase it's complexity. And don't forget the spicy!
Get a variety of pre-made sauces and spices. Tobasco, Thai-hot sauce, kimchi or chinese hot sauce are great to have on hand for spicy. Always have fresh ginger and garlic at your house. Others: braggs liquid amino acids, rice, balsamic and apple cider vinegars. A couple of different, organic soy sauces (worth the investment). a tub of miso paste (add to soups and sauces for the salty element). Different flavored honeys and syrups.
One of my favorite, quick tricks is to add a little packaged kimchi to vegetable soup or stir fried vegetables for a complex kick.
Every time you try a recipe and it is too bland, try to figure out which of the elements is missing. Experiment! Be creative and bold.
Most importantly- never follow a recipe exactly. You have to make it your own, and don't be afraid to try new things.
Saute them in olive oil and apply herbs like oregano or basil. Also minced fresh garlic in the olive oil when you saute them will take the veggies up a notch (red pepper is a good alternative).
I put brown sugar on my carrots and cheese on my broccoli and cauliflower. Obviously don't use the cheese if you are vegan.
mix them with meat
