Answers:
If you're eating properly, you'll be much healthier, and health is a big contributor to libido.

I'm including some links to help you to understand how to go vegan. Much of libido, however, is between the ears.

It varies by person and depends on your body in combination with an increase in and lack of certain nutrients, which can easily be supplemented. Refer to the following links, it has all of the information that you need. The first link pertains to males, namely less soy and more protein, fat, & zinc, all play a role in testosterone...

Wow, I just learned a few new things as well.
Hope it helps! Good luck.

It was in your head or you are eating meat with hormones in it...which is detrimental.

I observed the same effect when I tried vegetarianism. If you want to continue, try herbal remedies like Yohimbe or one of the formulaic libido remedies in your natural foods store.

If that doesn't work, consider seeing your doctor; reduced sex drive may come from other causes.

it depends on how high or low that person sex drive is so I can't really speak for u

I doubt that has anything to do with it.

I'm an insatiable, healthy, fit vegan.

Nope, exact opposite for me. Maybe its just you.

Quite the opposite for me too... Healthy vegan diet gives me more energy and that makes me feel a certain way. ;)

Possibly TMI, but the vegans and vegetarians I know are total sex machines. And the adage about tasting better is often true too. Okay, that was definitely TMI.

Generally when I've seen or heard of someone's sex drive dropping like that, they were either sick (viral, bacterial, or nutritionally deficient) or they were stressed or working on something in-depth and couldn't be torn away from it. Assuming it's not the germs, stress, or work, and it's correlated with your veganism, I would talk to a nutritionist in real life. You haven't told us how long you were vegan for or what you generally eat, so we can't give you very specific advice on what you might be deficient in.

Thats not true at all. Be careful that you aren't just experiencing a reverse placebo effect because you hold the collective bias that vegetarianism has adverse effects.
