Try this recipe for stir fry fire sauce!?!


Question:

Try this recipe for stir fry fire sauce!?

1 cup soy sauce
2 table spoons oyster sauce
2 table spoons of hot english mustard
1 table spoon of pickled cucumber
25 grams palm sugar
50ml lemon juice
1 habernaro chili finely chopped (use any chili you want)
4 cloves garlic finely chopped.
250 grams firm tofu
any veggies you want in your stir fry
------------------------------...
1. combine all ingredients (except tofu and veggies) in bowl, and wisk till they are as well incorporated as you can get them
2. add tofu, leave to marinate (best if left overnight, but use whatever time you have
3. heat small amount of peanut oil in wok, and spoon tofu (only tofu here) into wok to fry and seal
4. add veggies and heat hem through, cook them how you like them
5. add sauce and let sauce thicken by cooking off a little

put in bowl, and eat to your hearts content!
will keep for around 4 days in the fridge, 10 max frozen

Vegetarian Oyster Sauce is available if you look for it. It is based on mushroom flavor. Look for it in Asian markets.
