I am a vegetarian and I was wondering what kind of medicine would help me get the protein that I need to have but can only get from eating meat...

You don't need medication.It is very easy for a vegetarian diet to meet the recommendations for protein. Nearly all vegetables, beans, grains, nuts, and seeds contain some, and often much, protein.

If you are a Vegetarian and are eating properly - a variety of foods and nuts and seeds, instead of only potato chips - then you are getting all of your protein. There is absolutely no superiority of animal protein over plant protein, and there is no need for concern about that if you are truly watchful of your diet. You don't need any medicine to stay healthy.

You can get protein from nuts, tofu, soy milk, peanut butter, peas and beans (including split peas, lentils, etc.), grains like oats, bulgur, and wheat, and even in vegetables.

You dont need medicine-just eat high protein vegetarian foods such as beans, legumes, pulses, nuts, rice, leafy greens, and whole grains such as quinoa and millet. These proteins are much healther than animal protein. Most people consume way more protein than they need anyway. The meat industry has brainwashed the general public that it needs meat protein-completely not true. No need to take a pill, just eat a well balanced diet.

There are plant sources of protein that are superior to meat in every way. Spirulina is a blue green algae, and it contains 12 times the digestible protein as beef. And it also contains all the essential amino acids. Its also easier for your body to use because the amino acids are in the raw form. In meat the amino acids are already formed into proteins, and your body has to re-break them down, and this wastes energy.

If anyone tells you that vegetarians can't get enough protein in their diet, they are just ignorant. Vegetarians have the most potent source of protein on the planet!!!
