Which should we eat most: cellary or bannanahs?????

just wanna know which one is better for you!!!


Answers:
Celery is a good choice, because it provides a decent amount of Vitamins in it, and also help you burn calories when you eat it (It takes more calories to burn celery than the celery gives you, if only a couple of calories.)

Bananas have a bunch more nutrients in them, and are large, therefore will make you feel more full.

Either one is good, but i'd reccomend Bananas, just 'cause I prefer the taste of Bananas. Meh, to each their own.

banannas have more nutrients and protein whereas celery is basically just cellulose and water. celery isn't bad but it doesn't offer much other than being a good filler.

Celery is better for you. Its very alkalizing, has high water and mineral content, and no fat. Bananas are good for you, but they do have fats. Bananas are a good source of potassium

Celery is better for you. It is known as a negative food, because it takes more energy to chew and eat than what is in it. Since celery has little or few calories.

celery has fiber and negative calories because you burn calories while chewing, but bananas have potassium and taste a bit better...haha
