What can you eat if you are a vegan?!

Question:

What can you eat if you are a vegan?

Answers:
Anything that's not made from animals, meaning meat and dairy products. There is also gelatin to watch out for which is made from animals and is found is things like Altoids, most beer, gel cap pills and some other candy like marshmallows.

Another way of saying it is you only eat plants. There are fruits and vegetables obviously and there is grain which can be made into pasta, bread(Sometimes bread has milk in it though), rice, etc. Also beans and other legumes like peas.

Asian cuisine is the easiest way to do vegan food because it does not use dairy and is easy to do without meat as well.

Vegtables and Fruits are the basics

You may eat any food that was not made by an animal. For example, you cannot eat meat, dairy, or even honey (since it's made by bees). Also, you can't wear leather or use any animal products (butter).

vegetables
fruits
whole grains
beans
soy products
sea plants
greens/plants

lots really. :) All of the above can make lots of different dishes and variety. It is all in the spices and cooking methods.

Vegetables, nuts, berries, and fruits

Beans, veggies, fruit, grains, vegetable oils, nuts. That covers it.

No animal products whatsoever.

I am a raw vegan which means I eat veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains. But most vegans will eat soy products as well. I do actually eat honey because it doesn't come from a bee, it is made by a bee. Something they do naturally anyway...

The vegans I know pretty much stick to whole foods. Grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, veggies, fruit etc.
