Where can I buy tofu/beancurb in south africa.?!

Question:

Where can I buy tofu/beancurb in south africa.?

How can I make it myself? Is it healthy? What are some nice recipes?

Answers:
I make my own. I bought a soymilk maker over the internet.
Using whole soybeans, make the milk. While it is still hot from the machine, add a salt mixture (it came with the machine, and is reorderable). The milk will separate into "curds and whey." Scoop out the curds, press into a block, the mold also came with the machine.

It takes about 45 minutes to make tofu from soaked beans.
It costs about forty US cents per 1/2 pound.

Recipes can be found online.

I love it and it is much healthier than meat. Over a billion people love tofu.
