Know any good vegan/vegetarian cook books?!

Question:

Know any good vegan/vegetarian cook books?

Mkay. I'm a vegetarian- 2 years straight- w00t!- but I'm going vegan very soon and I'm excited! I could handle it, at least I think I can. I have tried being a vegan a few weeks and it may have been hard- but I want to do it. But... I want to know which good cook book I should get for vegans. I looked around, and some are nasty- if any of you have suggestions, please give me some ! =]

Some of the search engine's answers and articles were kind of confusing.

And do some cook books come with a suggested diet or tell the nutrition facts of each meal?

Thanks, this would mean a lot to me!.

Mairy.
