There is this diet I did before Christmas (for 4 days I think) and it worked.
First thing in the morning:
warm water with lemon juice and some honey.
Pre-breakfast:
vegetable/fruit juice - fresh parsley leaves, fresh mint leaves, 1 half of an apple, 1 quarter fennel bulb, freshly grated nutmeg, a small chunk of ginger, water.
Breakfast:
Prepare first thing in the morning or the night before (it should soak for at least 20 minutes).
2 tablespoons oats, 1 teaspoon wheatgerm, 1 teaspoon flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon lecithin granules, 2-3 dried prunes. Soak in hot water (2-3 dcl). Blend. Serve with half an apple (diced) and some pumpkin seeds.
(I liked this breakfast so much I now eat it regularly... with different kinds of fruit - grapes are mu favourite, and I add dried apricots.)
Lunch:
Cold soup. For 2 serves take 1 red/yellow pepper, 1 tin peeled tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic. 2 teaspoons lecithin granules. (no salt!) Blend. Serve with pumpkin seeds.
Season to taste (parsley, oregano, majoram, herbes the provance... [not all at once though :-) ] )
Afternoon snack.
Take a small handful of dried fruit (figs, apricots, prunes), a teaspoon of flaxseed and about 8 walnut halves. 1 teaspoon lecithin granules. Blend. Add 1 tablespoon jam (the sort with 100% fruit content is best). Shape the mixture into 6 - 8 balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
Dinner.
Steamed or fresh veg and tofu (or some quorn if you're not vegan).
The diet is easy to follow. Garlic in the soup will not make you miss the salt, but go easy on garlic. My mistake was to use too much the first day and I could hardly wait till it was time for the afternoon snack to make the taste of garlic go away :-)
Have some sugarfree gum or Listerine strips handy.

Organic soy milk and lettuce, cabbage soup(cabbage boiled in water herbs to taste) veggies and nuts and lots of water. If you eat healthful you really should not need a version diet of any kind.

Try replacing the meaty ingredients in dinner with tomato broccoli soup
tomato and broccoli diet soup.
Ingredients
Tomatoes 400 grams
Sea Salt and pepper for taste
Water 400ml
Margarine
Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
Onion 1 medium size, chopped
Olive oil
White wine 100ml
Broccoli 200 grams
Instructions:
1. Clean and chop the broccoli
2. Sprinkle the tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper lightly - put it in roasting pan. Preheat the oven lightly and roast the tomatoes for 30 minutes in 250 celcius heat
3. After 30 minutes, remove the tomatoes and let it cool until you can handle it with your hand
4. Peel the tomatoes skin carefully then put it into a blender or food processor, add the tomato paste and 50ml water.
5.Heat the water and put in the onion and broccoli and the tomatoes mixture. Cook it for about 5 minutes and add the white wine.
Let it boils for about 15 minutes, don't forget to stir it continously during the boiling process.

Replace egg with yoghurt and consume salad for your lunch.
Alternatively you can cook this rice for your lunch.
Ingredients
* 1/2 c. Rice
* 3 c. Water
* 1 tsp salt per cup of rice
* 1/8 tsp Mexican saffron
* 2 tbs oil or ghee
* 1 tbs raisins
Instructions
Boil the water.
In the meantime, wash the rice (3 times if possible). In a frying pan, heat the oil, salt, and rice.
Sauteeing the uncooked rice will bring it to the same temperature as the water, so boiling will not stop once the rice is added.
Once water is boiling, add saffron and raisins. Let the raisins boil so that they get plump and juicy.
Add the rice. If you've done things right, the water should keep boiling. Continue to boil it for a while; let it steam until the rice begins to come to the top. Then turn the flame low and let it cook for 12 minutes.
