Absolutely! Good for you for considering soy milk.

Measure for measure, soymilk has as much calcium as animal milk. So enjoy the soy without worrying about the calcium. If you don't like the flavor of plain soymilk, you can buy the vanilla or chocolate flavored ones, or you can get the plain stuff and flavor it up as you like at home. You can even put instant coffee and a sweetener of your choice.

Enjoy!

yea but it's not that good it taste like milk wit water!!

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwww?...

Yes, 30% of your daily value per glass, just like regular milk!

I also take a calcium supplement; I know that you said you're not vegan, but if you're concerned about it, you might want to look into it.

Of all the edible things in the world, the best place to get calcium is green veg. Calcium without the side effects :)

In the UK, a lot of vegan milks are fortified with extra calcium, it depends on which brand you buy. I imagine a nut milk made from almonds would contain a lot of natural calcium.

Nut milks are tasty :)

Yes, but even better leafy green vegetables.
