Can someone help me with a healthy meal plan?
I am 18 and vegetarian. I want to start eating foods that will benefit me with nutrition, especially since I am vegetarian I need more B12. I want to get the proper amount of fiber, vitamins etc everyday.
so if you are good with nutrition or have taken a nutrition class please help me :)

If you're looking for more B12, try adding nutritoinal yeast to your diet. It is delicious and packed with B-complex vitamins. You can add it to lots of different things, like hummus. It adds a kind of cheesy flavor to dips and sauces.
