How do i get all of the nutrients i need?
i am going veggie and i need to know how to get all the nutrients i would have gotten from the meat my parents are worried about my diet choice and i need to satisfy them with the knowldge that i know how to get these nutrients

There is nothing in meat that you cannot get from a vegetarian diet.

Most everyone in American culture (including and perhaps especially meat eaters could benefit from a multi vitamin.
But the very best way to get everything you need is through eating a wide variety of (vegetarian) foods.

Many different vegetables have large amounts of protein. I put a whole list of dishes that are vegitarian and tasty. My fav is the Vegitarian Pesto Rolls. Good luck!
Using a juicer allows people to drink the juice of several fruits or veggies.. In reality if you tried to eat 5 apples & 5 oranges your stomach would be stuffed to the max. Dont forget to eat some fiber to make up for some fiber lost when juicing.
You still need to maintain a balanced diet so you must substitute the nutation and protein you are missing out on from not eating meat products, with some thing else.

Stop fooling yourself. There is a sound biological reason that human beings are omnivores. You would not have canine teeth if you were not adapted to eat at least some meat.
try mixing tofu with stuff, its good for you.
