Are organic foods really healthier?
If so how?
Answers:
Possibly yes, possibly no.
They could be healthier on account of them not being exposed to pesticides and herbicides and the residue of those poisons is not something beneficial for humans to consume.
Ironically, those very same pesticides and herbicides may also be a reason the organic food might not be better for you, i.e. the pesticides might prevent some sort of infestations that cause infection in the food, but with organic food that protection is not there.
There is evidence that organic farms are more sustainable and environmentally sound, among other benefits. These claims, however, are subject to dispute and are not settled among scientists.
Yes, they are because they do not contain the chemicals in reagular and are not processed. Such as wheat bread versus white bread. White bread is bleached and contains more fat and carbs. Wheat bread contains grains, which is part of the food group and is good for your heart. The vegetables and fruits also do not contain presevatives, which in the long run may be harmful to your health and are fatty.
Foods without chemicals would obviously be healthier.
yes, they are not contaminated with pesticides
I haven't seen any studies, but the fact that they don't use chemical or genetically modified foods makes them safer in my eyes.
