Are black beans good or bad..why?!

Question:

Are black beans good or bad..why?

Answers:
Assuming they're served without a lot of fat (like refried black beans), black beans are actually pretty nutritious; at least as nutritious as most other beans.

Black beans are good sources of protein...when served with rice, they provide all nine essential amino acids. They're also high in fiber, iron and other nutrients.

They're also very cheap, and in their dried form, they'll last for years.

Very good for the health. I eat often. Beans, generally.

Black beans are good for your body. Hi in fiber, low in fat, great in taste, loads of fiber for your digestive track and just nice to eat. Cheers

They're so yummy. Cook them in a little olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix in cumin, cilantro, and even a little corn and serve over rice. Yum!
