What's the Difference Between Warm and Cold Protein?
I recently cut all meat out of my diet, and I don't know what other foods are warming proteins. I also don't know what type of foods are cold proteins, but I feel that's all I'm eating. What are some foods that are warm proteins and some foods that are cold, and where can I find out more about that?
Answers:
Not quite sure what you're talking about, but I guess I have heard of warming and cooling foods. There's a really good book called "Healing With Whole Foods" by Paul Pitchford. It's pretty much the bible of whole foods veganism with detailed entries and recipes for loads of different fruit, veg, and beans. Like an encyclopedia of sorts. He has some info about that. Like how salads are actually warming foods and chilies are cooling. The book's a bit expensive, but worth every penny and will answer pretty much every nutritional question related to veganism that you could ask.
Other than that, all I can suggest is eating more beans. I find them warming, personally.

warm protein is protein who saw Anna Kournikova naked and cold protein is protein who saw queen Elizabeth II naked
which one would you rather have lying next to you on a cold winter's night?
Have heard of cold fusion protein but not much out there on it.
If you are looking for protein the complete proteins include, soy, quinoa, spirulina, and hemp seeds. There are several foods that when combined make a complete protein such as rice and beans. Also though not all nuts are complete in protein they are very high in what they do have and should definitely be included in a vegetarians diet.
Diary is also a complete protein but the health risks from consuming it should be enough to push those who are vegetarian minded to become vegan. IMO diary is worse for your on a health level than even meat.
Also stop eating white breads and rices. Get as close to the whole grains as you can as well as incorporating as much raw food as you can deal with. If you take my advice and stick with it I suspect you will cease to feel deficient in protein as well as other satiating issues.
