Simple Marinade for BBQing Tofu?!

Question:

Simple Marinade for BBQing Tofu?

Answers:
Marinade:
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili or spicy seasoning
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp black molasses
2 tsp sesame oil
ground pepper to taste

Drain and cut tofu in 1/2 inch thick slices. Prepare marinade and let tofu sit in mixture for at least a half hour. The tofu slices will pick up more flavour the longer you marinate it.

Preheat broiler. Line a pan with aluminum foil. Broil tofu on pan on upper rack of oven (about 5 inches from heating element) for approximately 4 to 6 minutes.

Turn tofu over. Add more marinade and broil the other side until brown. Cool slightly. Ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.

Get yourself some soy paste and mix it with salt/pepper and olive oil.

Or find yourself a veggie BBQ sauce.
