Source(s):
:)
tofu, various kinds of nuts and beans, eggs (if you're not a vegan)
legumes
if you don't omit milk products cheese.
Beans and corn. But no vegetable source supplies a complete protein (one containing all required amino acids), nor does any provide vitamin B-12, an essential nutrient.
soybean
soy.
eggs, soy products, dairy and beans.
There are many foods that are high in protein. Eggs are a good source of protein. Beans and legumes are a good source as well. Vegetarian meats and tofu are also good. You have to be careful with vegetarian meats in my opinion. Some of them don't taste as good as the real thing, but try some out and see which ones suit your taste buds. Also, look at the nutriton facts. Although most meats are high in protein, they could be high in fat and calories. Good luck and happy eating!
nuts, seeds, legumes
beans
soy
eggs
oatmeal
it's very easy to get protein
nuts, peanut butter, beans (preferrably lima beans), cheese, milk, and eggs. even though you may think that eggs have animals in them, they have not been fertilized yet.
Beans, nuts, peanut butter, eggs, and tofu or tempeh.
vegatarians don't get all the protiens and amino acids(i think) which meat eaters get. the only plant product which offers that is soy bean.
milk, tofu, hard cheese, soft cheeses, cottage cheese, all nuts (incomplete proteins that have to be mixed with something else), soy bits, tempeh, soy beans, millet, quinoa, all beans, lentils, humous, chick peas and flour, tahine.
There is some protein in flour, whole rice, bananas, potatoes, peas, green beans, broccoli, even whole oats (lots actually in those), sunflower seeds, sesame seeds.
There's more than people think and there's a lot of tasty sources!
you must be a meat eater.....
soy is wonderful! Also, nuts, and seeds and I believe rice. There's so much protein that people don't realize is in anything other than meat. AND the average American actually consumes double the amount of protein needed.
vegetables, nuts
Beans and bean products (tofu, tempeh, soy milk) . Whole grains, including brown rice and whole wheat. If you are not vegan, eggs and dairy products.
