Should I be embarassed?!

Question:

Should I be embarassed?

I have been juicing a lot of carrots and greens lately. I find that it gives me the necessary calories on this vegetarian diet. Today I was real gassy, however, nothing unusual about that. What is unusual though, is the fact I actually enjoyed the smell. I mean it smelled rich with a slight hint of warm salt water. Is it normal to like the smell and if it smells good, does it mean I am eating right?

Do you ever ask a serious question in this vegan and vegetarian section, mr 'foxhunter guy'?

Never mind enjoying your gas, I'm more concerned at how much free time you waste constructing these questions. There is a life out there for you, you know. Go get it, tiger!

AHAHAHAHAHAHA ahh thats craks bro u just made my day.

hmmmmmmmmmm

AHAHAHAHAHAHA ahh thats craks bro u just made my day.

u smell ur farts???????? well i dont think there i any thing wrong with it

Hey....let rip and feel free. If it smells so good try bottling it and selling it on Ebay. You might make your fortune!!!!!

Your mines kinda peeples

Just be thank full that you have food to eat.

Hello mate, it can't be a bad thing eating all your greens and stuff to get your required daily allowence of nutrients. Being on a vegetarians diet, you obviously need to consume more by way of mass, as you're not eating meat, to get the 'same' nutritional value as us meat eaters.

And for the smell, if you like it and no-one else complains then good. Even if they had complained, would that have made you change your mind about eating what you eat?

I think its pretty normal to like the smell, its just most people are too embarassed to admit they do! I think sometimes, the better things you eat, the more smelly your wind is. I'm still laughing at your question though (no offence!)

:D lol! If you like it and no one complains thats ok i guess! But farting means somethings not right about the food you ate/drank.

People who are mainly non-vegetarians do get gas when they have a diet higher in vegetables or fibre content over protein. Try phasing out the meat rather than eating just vegtable right away - give time to your body to adjust. Try cottage cheese and yoghurt to get your protein content. Make a patty of bread sandwiched in cottage cheese, season with paprika and grill. Or stuff potato mashed with green herbs, paprika, dipp in a batter and deep fry. Lentils boiled and add a seasoning of onions, pinch of asafoetida and anniseeds in a teaspoon of butter. High on Protein and some good fats. Asofoetida absorbs gas.

Long live vegetarians!

For me, after eating too much meat, such as stake or sausage, that is smelly. (disgusting) however after eating too much vegetable, such as salad or baked potetos, that is not so smelly. I think that eating vegetable a lot, it should be good for our bowel. Because I've heard that eating vegetable (especially include fiber) would reduce risk of colon cancer. Keep going.

lol u made my day

try some toe jam too...you would like that.

gross!!

do you pick your nose and eat it too?...

Apparently vegetarians fart more than meat-eaters. I'm not sure if the good smell means you're eating healthy but after all farts are the desperate cries of imprisoned turds so probably!

lol thanks for the laugh.

no but it was a tiny bit funny

Its too late to be embarrassed now. Just get over it. And eat well

Sounds about right for you!! Eat some aduki beans - you will let off some cracking air biscuits, bud!!
