Answers:
I usually make a quick vegan wrap. Like salsa, lettuce, green peppers, egg whites. Or Tofu. mmmm

Lasagne. Cook morning star veggie crumbles in oil, with onions, mushrooms, green pepper, garlic, pepper, some bbq sauce, ginger paste. Then mix with your fave pasta sauce, pasta and several cheeses

I'm not a vegetarian, but often pack meatless or sometimes vegan goodies for lunch. My favorites are hummus on pita or
assorted raw vaggies in a whole wheat wrap, maybe with cheese.

my absolute favorite thing is Pasta Screws with spinach, pesto, chopped tomatoes and feta cheese.

i usually go out to eat for lunch. i have to get out of this office atleast for an hour and get some fresh air. i usually go to la madeline and get a spinach quiche and a small salad, jason's deli and get their vegetarian sandwich called the "the garden po boy" or their spinach vegetarian wrap with a cup of fruit on the side, backyard burger's and get a garden veggie burger (their's is very similar to the boca burger, so its healthy not greasy and you can see all the beans and veggies in the patty...which is rare at most restaurants), snappy salad's (you custom order your salad, very yummy), subways and order the veggie sub, marco's pizza and get 2 slices of pineapple and cheese and a small salad, or go to pei wei and order the spicy koren (steamed vegetables and brown rice with spicy koren sauce)...and so on. there are so many places to choose from. it just varies from day to day!

Subway Vegie Delite wrap (onions, lettuce, green peppers, spinach) with 5 jalapeno's with vinegar and oil.

i love soy beans. so i usually bring some of those and i also like the veggie pizza, from trader Joe's. its vegetarian and vegan!

peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches!! mmm
