I have a solution to your perplexing problem...

Have a side salad with your chicken and / or steak!

I personally like a nice ripe red tomato with brilliant colored lettuce on a bun with a nice juicy chicken.
?

dont eat chicken and meat.

you should only do something because you want to do it, not because everyone else is doing it too...
If you are passionate about animal rights just think about what you believe in before eating the chicken or steak.

Remeber to eat foods rich in Iron and Protein or you will soon become ill from lack of them...

Good Luck.

I am a vegertarain! So what you have to do is excersize way more so you forget about that juicy beef, then you try to eat more fruits and healthy stuff. Stay fit and eat healthy is highly reccomended. Also, dont kill your self and eat gross vg foods that you dont like. Instead, eat some thing tasty and that you like.

start eating meat substitute like eggplants which can taste really meaty [ ex. eggplant parmagiana] and mushrooms i forgot what specific type of mushroom but they make burgers out of them and they are really good...also they make tofu chicken and other types of meat which is surprisingly good also slowly start limiting the amount of meat you eat...that way it will be easier for you to separate it from your diet and you wont go into becomin a vegetarian cold turkey

I've been a vegetarian my whole life, I don't really like vegetables though. Try getting the soy substitutions. Like the Veggie Chicken, it's actually really good. I'm sure they have veggie steak too! They are in the frozen section of your local grocery store. The Veggie Buffalo wings are REALLY good!

TOFU! cook it with the stuff and way you make chicken or meat.
it will taste exactly the same!

It is not that difficult.Try just one day a week to eat only vegetables and fruits and whole grains and water.
Increase it to 2 days a week when you feel you can handle it.
If you want to play head games with yourself- picture what happens to an animal to become part of your meal. It is not pretty. You do not HAVE to become vegetarian- it is a free choice and none of us (pretty sure) care one twig whether anyone else eats meat or not. You can still eat salmon or small white fish and be healthy. Just increase your servings of veggies over the meat. Most important is to eat foods that do not have preservatives, are fresh and possibly organic. Cut out trans fats . get plenty of rest and exercise.

Increase your protein other ways, that's what your craving.

you must read up on how to become one with the right food combination

make sure to improvise. if your not going to get the nutrents from meat go to G&C and get protine shakes and stuff

don't eat meat.

You have to really want to become one. Instead of eating your typical steak and chicken, replace them with mock meats.

My advice dear, is to continue eating your chicken and steak. They sure are great food's. As far as the comment "don't do it because everyone else is" HAHAHA what a joke. You people are the most radical bunch of freaks out there. You are worse then Democrats. You all think you are perfect and healthy. Take a look in the mirror at your skin and bones and malnourished body. Look at your deathly skin color. Yeah, sure make's me want to drop in the food chain and start eating freaking plant's.

Think of it this way, you people don't want animal's to be ate, but think about this. If nobody ate animal's, the animal's would be eating all your plant's that you gobble down for a whooping 2 calorie meal.

Once again, don't do it, you tried once and realized that it was the wrong way to go through life by not enjoying the finer thing's. Good luck and I hope you choose the thick, hearty, juicy, succulent steak for dinner.

Listen to what your body is telling you - it's telling you it NEEDS some animal proteins in your diet.

You have to want to do it. It's actually pretty easy. Do some research on where meat comes from and what animals go through. If that doesn't do it, you may just not be committed enough. Google "Meet your meat" and watch the video.

I agree with the folks who suggested subbing meat and chicken into your diet to replace things, but only do what you want to do, don't fall in with trends and do stuff cus it's "cool", be you, be happy! I am one of those people addicted to chicken, only meat I eat, am sure over time I will wean myself off it. hehe must take my own advice! ;o)

Grab cookbooks/literature at the local library, Check out the numerous web resources online. The more educated you are about your decision, the more committed you will be too it.
