Question:

What is a vegeterian's diet?

Answers:
If you eat fish, you arent a vegetarian. A well balanced diet also includes whole grains, veggies, fruits, nuts, legumes etc.

I eat pasta dishes, rice dishes, veggie dishes and more. I eat whatever everyone else eats minus the meat.

breakfast: bagel with hummus or peanut butter, maybe sprinkle granola on. yogurt, flavored oatmel.
lunch or dinner: spaGHETTI, lasagna w. veggies and t.v.p. (texturized vegetable product) bean burritos, chili, soy burgers, soy dogs, amy's whole meals frozen dinners, pbj's

Breakfast choices:
Grape nut cereal with Rice Dream
Home made Vegan bread with Home made hummus or homemade Tahini
Fruit
Smoothie

Lunch Choices:
Salad
Whole wheat bread with peanut butter
Fruit salad
avocado stuffed mushrooms

Dinner Choices: (I love dinner)
Tofu stir-fry with garlic soy sauce mixed with snow peas, broccoli, chasews, carrots, and mushrooms.
Tomato basil wraps with eggplant paste (homemade)and raw veggies
Eggplant with veggies
I could go on and on......

Vegans eliminate all foods from animals, including meat, poultry, fish, milk, eggs and cheese. They eat only plant-based foods.
Lacto-vegetarians consume milk and milk products along with plant-based foods. They omit eggs as well as meat, fish and poultry.
Lacto-ovo vegetarians omit red meat, fish and poultry but eat eggs, milk and milk products, such as cheese and yogurt, in addition to plant-based foods.

Some basic every day meals that I eat: Cereal with milk (yes I am a Lacto-ovo veggie), veggie burritos, stir fryes, bocca burgers, veggie soups and miso (my favorite!!!!!)... and many more, but those are the ones that come to mind right now.
