You can brown it - basically cooking it like stir fry, with a very small amount of oil in a pan or wok - heat the oil and the wok or pan first and slice the tofu in strips or cubes. Tofu doesn't take long to cook - so when your oil is hot drop it in and let it brown while moving it around.

You can add it to a marinade the night before as well to give it some flavor. (I like to add a bit of soy sauce to it, by putting it in a bowl once it is cut up while the oil is heating)... But I know I know - no ingredients.

You can also bake it - just cut it up and put it on a cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 325 - 375 and then let it in there about 5 min and check it. Once it is brown then flip it over and let the other side brown.

Or you can grill it on a pan - I personally use a bit of oil or margarine for this to add a salty flavor and just cook it up like you would for the above till it is brown or for less firm tofu you can basically scrambe it like scrambled eggs and have tofu crumbles.

slice it and cook it

Freeze it, than marinate it...(if you want to with whatever you want) cut it up, ...fry it , bake it, or eat it uncooked..tofu has endless options.

you can bake it in the oven with BBQ sauce on it.

just cut it into long strips and coat it with the sauce and bake it.

tastes pretty good

I cut mine into cubes, bread it with either seasoned bread crumbs or flour, and pan fry it in a little bit of oil until it's crispy on all sides. I LOVE it that way!

I used it in a lasagna recipe but I usually fry it.

Easiest thing in the world.

Cube it into like, 1/2 inch to 1 inch cubes, and stir fry it with vegetables. Marinate it with teriyaki sauce or soy sauce first, if you can, it adds flavor, which is crucial when you're first getting used to it.

You could slice it and fry it in butter, (a dash of hing, salt, ginger, sugar soysauce and shredded ginger. )
I am a vegetarian but I don't like the bland taste of tofu. Have you tried milk curd?
