Are Centrum vitamin tablets vegan friendly?

I'd like to just top up on a few different vitamins i may be lacking and thought this would be the easiest way apart from already eating sensibly.

There are plenty of vegan vitamins, Look online to find which is right for you. I just started taking a multi vitamin made by Veglife. Certified Vegan.

technically nothing is vegan friendly, even the lettuce u eat or the bread u eat. millions of animals are killed harvesting those.

take an introductory biology class. we humans are carnivores, we are designed to enjoy meat and fat. why do you think americas getting fatter.

I doubt it. Even if they were, those commercial vitamins found in markets are next to taking junk.

Centrum is a joke. If you want a good vitamin go for Alive Multivitamin. They are the best and made with plenty of fruits and veggies.
