Answers:
sounds good... you've got what seems to be a good balance of food. don't forget to add some nuts, legumes, etc.

BUT stay away from the splenda! you should stay away from any artificial man-made sweetener. the flaw?? it's made by man! if you must sweeten your green tea, then i suggest using raw organic agave nectar, which can be purchased at your local health food store. we've replaced our sugar with this natural sweetener and use it to sweeten our tea or as a "dressing" for our fruits.

best wishes on your diet! :o)

That's not bad but make sure you get all of your servings with each group =)

You need to drink water too.

That sounds good, just make sure your getting enough protein and iron. When I don't get enough of those, I start feeling sick. Other than that, it sounds like a great diet!

Good Luck!

I would replace the Splenda with stevia if you can find it. It's natural, has been used by the Japanese for over 30 years and by South Americans for centuries with no ill effects, is 0 calories and safe for diabetics. It's extremely sweet, so use sparingly.

All of the other foods you've listed sound healthful. I would just make sure you're getting enough variety, all of the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients you need, and that you're eating enough food quantity, and you should be fine. Two questions though: What is your source of B12? And is popped corn still considered "raw" or just an exception in your diet?
