I believe all Egyptians and all foreigners who visisted Egypt ate Koshary, and believe it or not they all liked it.
I'm Egyptian and working in a multinational co. and have many foreigners, and guess what they order for lunch? it's Koshary, this was amazing for me to see that during their lunch break they order Koshary even without having Egyptian sharing them the meal!
I'm a Koshary fan and I vote for it as one of the best orintal dishes.
