I just bought tofu, but I can't find any recipes that appeal to me. Does anybody have any good recipes?

I buy firm or extra firm tofu, cut the block into fifths, squeeze out the water with a paper towel, coat lightly with olive oil and then Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, then bake for about 10-15 minutes until sizzling. YUMMY.

Tofu is very good for you and I have 2 year old who loves it prepared this way. Enjoy.

You an also buy a tofu scrambler seasoning packet in the health food section of your grocery store that is pretty good. Instructions are on the seasoning package.
