My ideas are more along the lines of brunch, but here goes.
How about starting with a smoothie made from fresh mango, kiwi, and papaya, blended with some ice, rice milk, and agave nectar. For a main dish, rosemary potato pancakes (you can use 2 tbsp ground flax blended with 5 tbsp warm water for an egg substitute to help bind them together-allow the flax and water to gel for about 5 minutes) served with homemade warm applesauce, and a quinoa or wheat muffin (again, you can use flax to replace the egg) A grilled fruit compote would be nice with the muffin.
