Tofu: DVD on how to cook with it and use it as spreads?
I like tofu as it is sauted at Noodles and Company and I like it Miso soup. I also like soft tofu prepare like a delicious buttery spread. However, I have no idea how to make it delicious. I'm a visual learner and would like to see it prepared in a variety of ways. What are some good DVDs on preparing tofu dishes?
