No, and definitely not meat if you want to be healthy. A little fish with your salad and fruit would be okay, even though fish is becoming polluted nowadays.
If you must, you could add a dressing to your vegetables to make them sweeter, or get a sugar-free dressing from the health food store.
I suppose you could take a daily multi vitamin, but that won't replace the fiber and vitamins you will get from real fruit and veggies. Please reconsider, fruits and veggies are vital to your health, they can prevent cancers, and they don't taste bad if you try to mix em up with things, like dip or in other foods.

You can't really replace the vitamins, minerals, etc... that you get from fruits and veggies. You can take vitamins to replace some of it. Do you like smooties? You could get your fruit intake from those. Tropical Smoothie is wonderful if you haven't ever been to one.

You really need to find a way to get fruits and vegetables into your diet, *especially* if you are vegetarian. Look at the meals you do enjoy, and figure out ways to sneak vegetables in. Or look at recipe blogs and other websites that show meals you can cook with vegetables and scan them until you see one that looks good. Do you like curry? Soups? Lasagna? Blueberry pie? You don't have to eat them fresh, plain, and raw - even cooked or covered in sauce is better than not eating them at all.
People say vitamins would help. And it's true that they would HELP, but they wouldn't be a replacement for fruits and veggies. You really should find some types of fruit and vegetables that you like. They're very healthy.

Fruits and Veggies are the main stays of a Vegetarian or Vegan! Oh Coconuts some consider nuts not to be vegetarian.. it's a seed! I think I know what you're hinting at without saying it.. it's obvious! go to the right section for that!
