Shelf life for veggie dogs?
Cleaning out the fridge I found an opened pack of Yves veggie dogs, and one of Veggie Patch sundried tomato dogs. They still have a while till their expiration date, but how long should they last once the package has been opened?

How do they look and smell? I'd say a few days to a week after opening is too long if they haven't been wrapped up well.
When in doubt, throw it out!
Go with the smell test, if it smells bad-toss it! Otherwise, cook it real good.
