What's healthier ranch or vegetable oil?!

Question:

What's healthier ranch or vegetable oil?

I heard its vegetable oil but im not sure thanx! :)

Answers:
veggie oil is good but olive oil is better

Neither......Canola!

I don't know but I would assume the oil...

healty in what sense?
I would think ranch is healtier.

In terms of calories, oil is higher and is all fat.
Ranch = 72 calories for 1 tablespoon
Soybean Oil = 110 calories for 1 tablespoon

Vegetable oil is soybean oil which is okay, but not as good as other oils.

Also, ranch is made from buttermilk so there's more vitamins and nutrients in ranch - calcium and potassium.

Vegetable oil because it comes from vegetables. Some ranches have mayo in it which have lots of fat.

vegetable oil has about 14-16 g of fat per TBSP, ranch has about 20....although if you are going to use any oil I would suggest olive oil. (extra virgin)

I usually like to eat dressings made from animal fat, they are extremely tasty

i think both
