Do you think more people should lose weight or diet?

and i don't mean like don't eat kid of way because i have a friend who weights 172 and she had to go down to like 145 do you think she can lose that over the summer.

yes too many ppl are over weight but the best way to lose weight is not to diet but to modify you're eating habit's as diets are only a short term solution

dieting is no good.
It will only spoil their health and result in various other stuff like bad complexsion.
i think eating at the right thing at the right time will help people lose weight.

I think there's a major overweight and obesity problem in the Western world. 172 isn't necessarily overweight, it depends on the person. But yes, she could safely lose most of that weight over the summer if she starts exercising (cardio and strength training) and eating better. Docs recommend 1-2 pounds a week for steady and sustainable weight loss.

It's also important that everyone exercise. This study came out recently that showed that people who only control their weight through diet alone can actually have a body fat percentage that is considered obese even if they appear to be thin. yes i'd guess about 60% of us Brits looking around on a nice sunny day. i'd say the best way to lose weight is to use a smaller plate with no seconds and NO snacks between meals.

Yes, There are a lot of people that should lose weight.
Being over weight can cause lots of illnesses and heart attacks and strokes, and lots of the foods that you eat that makes you over weight can cause cancer.
Most overweight people get tired very easy, have some problem breathing, and have pain in their feet, back and legs , if they are a lot over weight .
