Vegetarian?!

Question:

Vegetarian?

So I've heard this, but I'm not sure if it's true. Some say if you don't eat meat you lose your big butt and chest? Is this true?

Answers:
I have lost weight since being a veggie (2 months now). I wasn't heavy to begin with, but I have noticed that I lost weight in my thighs and around the stomach. With any diet ( if properly followed) you will loose mass such as around your butt and chest.

Oh, how I wish that were true. I feel healthier in many ways, but the big butt is still there. The only thing I can guess is that the way your body chooses to distribute fat is mostly genetic, because in my experience, no change in diet, exercise, or any other personal habits has stopped the Sir Mix-A-Lot effect one bit.

Actually, most foods are not meat. So, the vegetarian diet leaves massive kinds of food open for consumption. Thus, you can still get chubby even on the vegetarian diet. In fact, it's easy.

I'm and advocate of the vegetarian diet, but not for reasons of weightloss. If weightloss is the goal, it's best to adhere to a low glycemic regimen--the only 'diet' that ever proved effective for me. And it(low glycemic diet) will mix well with a vegetarian routine.

I know many, many chubby vegetarians

Since becoming a vegetarian 4 years ago I have a smaller bum and bigger boobs, maybe that would have happened with age anyway.
