I have decided to give up red meat....?!

Question:

I have decided to give up red meat....?

Are there any vitamin supplements etc. that I should take?

btw, I hate fish.

Answers:
good luck with your decision to give up red meat. I would suggest you take an iron supplement, and a B complex vitamin as well.

you may want to take iron supplements and b vitamins.

Take the middle road. Be a vegetarianian. Eat only vegetarians such as cows, pork and fowl. Stay away from predators such as cats and dogs and yes, fish. Isn't that perfect for you?

Is the red meat too hard and thick? I can understand how someone like you might have trouble engulfing a huge piece of red meat.

Something with iron and vit b.

well, it depends, if you're still eating other meat you'll probably be just fine... I would suggest some omega 3s either way... if you're giving up meat all together, then I'd say b and iron. truthfully, if you won't miss it, red meat isn't very good for you, so congrats on being all healthy! oh yeah, zinc too!!!! protect yourself against colds!

All you're giving up is red meat. You're not going to lose out on any vitamins. The only reason some meat is "white" is cause the animal's been bled.

Very wise decision, and of course there are excellent products !!!

Bye

giving up just red meat does not make you a vegetarian by any means. Vegetarians do not eat any animals at all..that includes poultry. Oh..and no..if you eat a proper diet, supplements are not needed.

how about chicken? and focus also on fresh vegetables, if you want to cook it try not to boil it deeply, just worm it up. vegetables and fruit should give you all the vitamins you need.
