Im not a vegetarian but..?!

Question:

Im not a vegetarian but..?

I have really strong urge not to eat anything processed. Its like im so overall the food in the world that isnt natural. Like all i want to do is sit down and eat nothing but raw vegetables and fruits. Is that normal ? How would i put that into effect and what would you call it ?

Answers:
That would be a raw food diet but you would have to eat more then raw fruit and veggies to be healthy. There are many books on the topic at larger book stores.

that is really normal, maybe you have to have a break from meat for a while or just eat meat that aren't processed, you dont have to eat meant if you dont want to and you can have a stable diet with vegetables and fruit but i would be careful of your iron levels.

you like organic foods.. simply put.

and with that being said, search for a store by the name of "stew leonards".. you'd be in paradise.

jolly good eater anything fresh available on earth so we call" freshtarian"

Just do it. What's stopping you?

If you're ingesting nothing but fruits and vegetables - then you're a vegetarian or vegan. If you consume eggs along with your fruits and vegetables - then you are a ovo-vegetarian. If you consume dairy products, then you're a lacto-vegetarian. If you consume both eggs and dairy in addition to eating your fruits and vegetables, you're an ovo-lacto vegetarian. I hope that you consider consuming some sort of protein such as tofu, peanut butter, legumes as a form of protein so that your body has the ability to repair itself. Eating eggs and dairy are both good sources of protein - but it depends on how comfortable you are eating animal products. There's nothing wrong with the way you're deciding to eat, just make sure that your body is getting the appropriate nutrients to keep healthy and maintain a healthy weight.

It's called the raw food diet/lifestyle.

Read about it here: www.rawfoodtalk.com, here: www.greenchefs.tv and here: www.thegardendiet.com.

I think we all get this feeling at some point or another. Processed food is nutritionless garbage... maybe you have a defiency and your body is getting cravings.

I've gone 'raw' from time to time, it means you can eat till you're full without being bloated, skin looks amazing etc. The only issue is that it's hard to eat raw when you're stuck in a grey, dirty city full of pollution and lack of decent raw food.
