How do I GROW GROW GROW!!!?
I'm 14, 115 lbs, 5'3 (or 5'4)... my parents are 5'11 and 5'6. I'm very skinny and wanna know how to get taller and thicker. How can this be done?

You still have a number of years to grow so don't start freakin out. Eat plenty of raw foods and GREENS which have both complete protein and calcium among many other things. Look up rawfamily.com for advice from teens who have been vegan for over ten years--they look really strong and healthy to me. Be sure to get plenty of exercise too.
Protein! You need to eat more foods that contain complex proteins such as those found in meats, beans and peanuts, meat would be your best choice as the proteins contained there in are more complex then in the others and contribute better to the building of strong bodies as well as higher brain function.
Also start weight training such as lifting weights to help increase your muscle mass.
Just get your vitamins and you will grow at a normal rate and become the height you are supposed to be. Not much can change that and your parent's heights aren't a great indicator. My mom is 5 feet tall and my dad is barely 5'10 and I'm 5'9. Don't worry too much about height. My boyfriend is 23 and 5'4 and I still love him and have to fight other girls off him at that.
