heheh imma vegetarian and im almost vegan :D
Your skin will melt off ...
Or, more likely, nothing major will happen. You should make sure to increase your intake of B12 and increase legume/soy consumption. But many cultures are vegetarian, and they manage just fine.
go to www.goveg.com theyll send a starter kit..you will maybe loose weight but not if you eat alot alot of vegetarian food just an average good ammount. usually it does help skin be cleaner and nicer and radiant.
by the way dont think that we just eat veggies and fruit. try replacing some of your usual foods like soymilk, vegie icecream, vegie burgers, meat substitutes ect...
it really is a good thing for your body and the world.. i did it because the meat industry is so violent and creates way more pollution than transportaion in the whole world. good luck
You know eating Vegetables is the most greatest thing you've ever done in your life. You can be a celebrity star. And you should know this that vegetable is the greatest source of vitamins, minerals, protein, etc. Remember " Vegetable is the best way to live longer."
Vegetarianism can help your weight, metabolism, skin and body
tone. Vegetarianism will give you a healthy lifestyle and it will give you a 86% chance of having a disease. You need to take your vitamin B12 to help you with the nutrients you get from meat, milk and poultry.
Vegetarianism helps with the skin because you drink plenty of water and milk it can help with your body. Vegetarianism does help with fibre because if you eat plenty of fruit and veg instead of meat it can help intergestion. You can still eat dark chocolate because chocolate has cocoa BUT if you're vegetarian never eat mars incorparated products or nestle products because that contains gelacin which is a tissue from the animal.
The way I became vegetarian I saw lambs in a field when I was 13. I was fat back then I was 13 STONE! Now I'm still 13 stone but thats just because of my height. Vegetarianism can help you if you want to go vegetarian you're making the right choice. Hope I've been helpful.
As a voice of the minority, I still think you ought to go into it gradually, not just blindly diving in, because you might get a shock, eat meat again, and think the whole experiment was just silly, or impossible.
If you are accustomed to eating meat all your life, and then suddenly want to try and live without meat, put two and two together and tell me it wouldn't make you feel uneasy, extra hungry and probably at least gain more weight at first, or fall off a few times.
I'll tell you exactly what will probably happen, too, if you dive in. You'll combine a stressful hectic life with a lack of vitamin B, and then one day notice yourself breaking out in cold sores, wherever you're used to having them.
Best this way:, cut back gradually, eating less meat and more vegetables each day, until your body gets more accustomed to it, and then decide where to go from there. Step by step. Also try fasting to cleanse your system so it accepts more nutrients. It isn't as easy as they make it seem to be.
