I take it you're a teenager? Growth spurts hit different people at different times and it may be that you've hit one of those times when everyone is in a rapid phase and you aren't.
It's almost impossible to lack protein unless you're one of the junk food veggies! In any event having massive amounts of protein will NOT make you grow faster, it'll just make you have high protein urine (your body dumps excess protein in urine).
IF and only if you really think a dietary lack is 'stunting' your growth you should increase consumption of dark green veggies like spinach, cabbage, kale, mustard etc. Those have complete dietary protein but MUCH more importantly have good bio-available sources of magnesium, potassium and calcium that ARE in the correct ratios for bone growth. A lack of dietary minerals in the correct ratio would be the most likely source of stunted growth.
Here's a link that can help you calculate the amounts of protein and minerals you ingest each day:

BTW; by starting a cruelty-free diet at that age you can look forward to one day being an old f*rt like me that everyone thinks is at most middle aged!

Vegetarians do not eat fish. A fish eater is a Piscivore. Spread the correct word!

You can get plenty of protein in your diet without eating meat. If you're serious about your health (not just your height), you really need to learn how to incorporate complete proteins and eat a balanced diet. the easiest ones to remember are combining legumes (beans, peas, lentils, peanuts) with grains (rice, wheat, corn, barley, rye, etc.) to make complete proteins. Don't forget to include vegetables! If you need recipes to follow, type "vegetarian recipes" into any search engine and you'll get plenty. A person can be a vegetarian and eat nothing but chocolates, but they probably won't be the picture of health. It is possible to eat a well balanced, vegetarian diet.
dont forget to have calcium in your diet! you need it for growth!
A growing body needs meat.
A growing body needs a "well balanced diet".
If you listen to these other chumps you will not reach your full potential...
Petite can be good. Enjoy it while you are young. When you are older you will wonder how gravity got its claws into you and everything goes south.
Sentence structure please !!
There is nothing wrong with a balanced vegetarian diet.
There is nothing about being vegetarian that will alter your height or growth rate.
Many people, particularly young people, make the mistake of replacing meat with meat-substitutes rather than having a proper balanced diet. If your diet does not have a range of veggies, fruit, nuts, cereals etc then your health may be affected. But the same is true if you include meat.
Most sucessful vegetarians tend to cook from raw ingredients. This gives them the full nutrition and taste that fake, fast food meals do not provide.
me: veggie for 27 years and never miss a beat, don't take suppliments or any of that rubbish....and i own an arable farm so am hardly a weakling.
