Should I become a vegetarian?!
Should I become a vegetarian?
I've never cared much for meat, but I do quite like fish. Do you think I should become a vegetarian? This would not be a life-long decision, just a quick trial (maybe only a month long) to see if I can do it.
Answers:
I'd say try it. If you like fish, than consider going pescentarian. (No meat- except for fish). But if you think that you could go entirely vegetarian for a month, than go for it! You'll never know if you don't try!
Just make sure during the month (if you decide to go vegetarian) to get enough protein from foods like beans, tofu, tempeh, and whole grains. Maybe do a little bit of research on what kinds of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals that can be found in alternative sources rather than meat.
Good luck!

Vegan.
My suggestion, see if you can do it for a month. If you like it, than continue. You'll never know until you try, and noone can convince you otherwise with words.
Good luck!
Fish is good for the heart.
I think that no one can answer that questions but you. I was a big fish eater before becoming a veggie, and that was and is the hardest part. I have been a veggie for almost 3 months, and I love it!
When I chose to do it, it was a life-long decision that I was making, and knew I would not be eating meat again. I feel really good, but becoming a vegetarian is a life changing thing, so please do some research before choosing this lifestyle.
Some become veggies and vegans for health benefits and others like myself do it for animal cruelty reasons. I am a big animal activist, and I really will NOT go back to eating meat after learning where it came from.
Go to Peta.com to get more information and a veggie 101 starter kit.
Good Luck!
Dont become one because you don't like meat, become one if you think eating animals is wrong (which is ridiculous in my opinion)
There are better things that you could boycott for better reasons.
Trying different dietary styles does not catagorize you, however, making lifestyle changes often does.
Vegetarianism usually comes about for people who have acquired knowledge about our food sources & their effects on our bodies, and these folks choose to no longer support the industries involved in toxifying our survival needs & choose more healthful alternatives. Vegans are the extemists of this choice.
Go for it...try new things...it's experience to learn from...enjoy a grand food adventure!!!
If you think its the right thing to do, and you want to for good reasons than i say go for it!!
=)
if you want mabe you should beacuse its very healthy
no! u can die and u r supposed 2 eat 2 servings of meat everyday!
i tried it i lasted a month but i think we would all be a lot heathier if we didnt eat meat or at least cut down on it dont let anyone tell you you have to eat meat to be healthy that is ridiculous and dont let someone from screwed up peta be your influence good luck!
Only you can answer that for yourself. But I can tell you that the choices in food for vegetarians is awesome.
My wife is a vegetarian, and the dishes she makes are out of this world. Tasty, filling and dont even miss the meat.
I suggest try it, but make sure you dont just cut out meat, and keep eating junk. Really research what your body needs and how to get that from your foods.
Best of health to you!
na stick with the meat .
A pesci-vegetarian eats fish, but not poultry. Give it a try and see if how it works for you. You may be surprised at how easy it is to give up meat.
do you know why fish are skinny?
because all they eat is fish.
