How to keep spinach fresh on produce cart with no refrigeration?
I'm starting a small produce store, where I need to keep leafy veggies (spinach, Cilantro, etc) fresh for a week. I don't have local refrigeration, but my shop had air conditioning. Please help me by suggesting a good solution.

i'm sorry. i'm afraid you will have to create your own refrigeration.. either by turning the ac on high or maybe using fresh ice everyday... one tip though since you have to keep your greens for a week... cover your ice with a bag or else keep you greens in open bags on ice. that way, your greens can breath and air can circulate while the ice keeps your greens cold and living longer.. you can line the bottom of your greens with moist paper towels or towels to help hydrate them. good luck!!!!!!!!!!!
Wrap in plastic sleeves, or stand stem down in cold water, but without refrigeration I don't think it would lat a week though
